Lately

This has been one of the kids FAVE activities since we've been out here. The weather (as you all know) is less than perfect, we've had to get creative. We have a small porch here where we are living, and they Love riding their bikes, so we came up with this....and they have so much fun with it!



Ha! They are so funny, they always tell me they are going to go exercise on their bike. I love this new found hobby of theirs because 1) It gives them something to do during these long summer rainy days, and 2) it totally wears them out! Couldn't ask for anything more!

What else have we been up to? hmmm....a whole lotta the same thing- library visits, MceeDees playplace, park days, going for rides....
Every chance we get to go swim we will. As soon as a ray of sun comes out, we slap our suits on and we're off to the pool. Usually doesn't really get above 75 degrees out (at least not yet), but we are there, probably the most devoted pool goers here! We are usually the only ones there, and sometimes I wonder if it may be a little too chilly to go? but, the kids have a BLaSt and never complain about it being cold... Seems like kids never really get cold. Oh, and the pool IS heated, so I am not a terrible mom. Our pool days here are limited, so can ya blame me for trying to make the most out of it?

Kids just FInally fell asleep....*sigh* it is sooooo quiet.
